Here at Flapping Terror's Flapping Forum, we have some simple rules of conduct for you to follow. Failure to acknowledge and abide by these rules can and will result in a permanent banning. So take these rules seriously and don't screw it up! You can have fun here, but not by ruining the fun for everyone else, capiche? Okay, here we go:

Rules of the Flapping Forum

1.) Respect all members at all times. Flaming and insulting other people on this board is absolutely not allowed. If you have an issue with another member, PM each other, or settle your differences outside the forum via e-mail, chat room, or any other place that does allow that sort of thing.

2.) Swearing is to be mild and kept to a minimum. There may be kids and young teens surfing the forum, because hey, Darkwing Duck is a kids' cartoon. Any attempts to dodge the word censoring system will result in a warning or a ban.

3.) Do not overrun the boards with spam or one-word posts. Keep such silliness in the "Stuff, Stuff & More Stuff" board and keep it to a minimum.

4.) Be sure you post the right topic on the correct board. It will save admins and mods the trouble of cleaning up. Why do you think we made all these boards? Duh!

5.) Do not post links to "naughty" websites, or websites that promote some sort of illegal activity. Doing so will result in an immediate ban. Flapping Terror does NOT promote such websites or the activities being promoted on them.

6.) Do not bump topics that are more than a month old. To "bump" a topic means to reply to a topic in order to push it up to the top of the board. Unless you have something important to add to the topic, please don't bump it. It's really, really annoying and will count as a strike against you.

7.) Reposting trashed or deleted topics is forbidden. They were trashed / deleted for a reason, so don't bring it back from the dead!

8.) No plagiarism. Do not post fan art or fanfiction that isn't yours and claim it as your own. It's a general rule all over the Internet, and it's just plain mean, so don't do it! If you want to post something you didn't make, be sure to note it's not yours, even if you don't know who made it.

9.) Never post graphic or offensive images in image tags on the boards. If you must post such images, host it on your own server and post a link to it instead. AND PLEASE, put a warning about the nature of said image! Not all of us can handle such images (like children, for example).

10.) Absolutely, positively NO chat-speak! If English isn't your first language, that's one thing. But chat-speak is completely, utterly annoying and it will count highly against you. We will allow the occasional exception, but as a rule: PLEASE USE PROPER GRAMMAR AND SPELLING.

11.) If you are under 13, kindly get permission from your parents before signing up here. If you've already signed up, and you didn't get permission from your parents, have them send me an e-mail at
