Nega-Chin
The Nega-Chin is the Crimson Chin's evil counterpart from an alternate "Chiniverse"(nega-chinverse?). He dresses in a black costume, has red eyes as opposed to the Crimson Chin's yellow ones, pointed sharp teeth, and has a line through the "C" logo, but otherwise appears identical to his heroic counterpart. In addition to the Chin's powers, he has the ability to take away the powers of other heroes, a power he used on Mr. and Mrs. Turner when they gained super-powers. In an episode titled The Big Superhero Wish, he managed to trick Timmy into using his godparents to wish for a world without superheroes, but was eventually thwarted. Like the Chin, he has managed to make it to the "real world" that Timmy lives in several times, and once even managed to find (and threaten) the real life (non-animated) "creator" of the Crimson Chin comics.
The Nega-Chin is a likely a parody of Bizarro and the many other "evil twin" and "alternate dimension" characters from comics. The word "nega" was also used on NegaDuck the evil twin of Darkwing Duck. On an interesting side-note, the Nega-Chin superficially resembles Darkseid from the Superman comics. His Nega-Vision is particularly reminiscent of Darkside's Omega Effect. This is probably purely coincidental however.
His last appearance is in The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators, with his Body of Evil. He manages to steal a specter of massive power, but is defeated by Timmy (disguised as Cleft), Cosmo, Wanda and Jimmy Neutron (in disguise as Brain Boy). His body of evil was defeated as well.
He also uses bad catch phrases when using his Nega-Vision in the episodes Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad Return and The Big Superhero Wish: In Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad Return- Nega-Chin: "Your powers are useless against the power zapping power of my my Nega--Vision-- power!!!" The Anti-Fairies are fictional characters in the series The Fairly OddParents. They are the evil counterparts of the good fairies.(negaverse again)
Description
The Anti-Fairies are the darker sides of the Fairies in The Fairly OddParents, brought to life. Although they will share some characteristics with their counterparts, the Anti-Fairies never have the same attitude as them. Anti-Fairies are dark blue and black, unlike their brightly-colored counterparts, and they have bat wings to fly, while the others can fly with their own magic.
Anti-Cosmo is the opposite of Cosmo. He is the leader of the Anti-Fairies, has a malevolent personality, a diabolic mind, and is very intelligent. At the end of the episode 'The Gland Plan', Anti-Cosmo starts to talk like Cosmo, as a side-effect of the transplant. Cosmo, in turn, starts to talk like Anti-Cosmo.
Anti-Wanda is the opposite of Wanda. She is a complete and utter moron, has ugly, misshapen teeth and speaks with a southern accent. She and Anti-Cosmo are arguably the show's main villains.
Anti-Jorgen
Anti-Jorgen is mentioned in the episode "The Gland Plan" when the real Jorgen's "Fa giggly Gland" starts messing up, just like Cosmo's in the same episode. Anti-Jorgen is thin and short, likes wearing ballet dresses, and is generally a weakling, unlike the immensely strong Jorgen. Anti-Jorgen also makes a cameo appearance in "The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2: When Nerds Collide" when he is shown on a poster.

Timmy wishes everyone really was what they dressed up as for Halloween, but the Popular Kids are dressed up as supervillains intent on destroying the world, and since Cosmo and Wanda are in costume, they are not fairies any more.
